Lucius is a high ranking officer in the Restoration and the commander of Alpha Complex. He is killed after the final fight by Claire Duncan.

Background

Any history prior to his dealing with the Restoration is, like his true identity, unknown. He first came to the attention of the intelligence community following the theft of numerous military prototypes from government contractors. Intel suggests that Lucius is the military commander of the organization and received training overseas, most likely from the French Foreign Legion.^[1]

Trivia

• Lucius' appearance, like the aesthetic of the Restoration in general, is based on COBRA from G.I. Joe, specifically, the leader Cobra Commander.
